A closer look at The Lawns & Lakes Camping Site

Set within 20 acres, wildlife conservation and natural history are our passions.

We began developing the site in 2006, and since then we have planted over 18,000 trees and shrubs.

This ongoing effort has helped create a thriving habitat that supports a wide range of biodiversity. We are especially passionate about hare and bee conservation, and we are proud to have welcomed Turtle Doves to the site for the past five years. Their presence, along with the melodic songs of Reed Warblers, Reed Buntings, and Sedge Warblers migrating from South Africa, adds something truly special to the landscape.

We hope you will find this to be a peaceful, engaging environment—a place to relax, reconnect with nature, and recharge.
